LIFE - LAsting - Love

Fred & Charli

On a beautiful summers day in the midst of the stunning Kentish countryside, Lunaflora had the great pleasure to join Charli and Fred and their amazing guests for what proved to be one of the most beautiful special days we had seen in a long time. From sun up to sun down the North Down’s location proved to be the ideal countryside backdrop for this couple to tie the knot and celebrate in style with their loved ones.  It was our privilege to be so warmly welcomed into their circle and given the chance to shoot some amazing footage of their special day.

The ceremony and reception took place close to Crundale where the rural Kentish valleys seemed to roll together just for us to create the most beautiful backdrops we have ever seen. The celebration was full of fun and laughter.

On one of the hottest days of the year, under the blue skies of Brabourne Kent, Mark and Poppy asked us to cover their beautiful party to celebrate the wedding they had, on their adventures around Asia. With the incredible spectacle of a fire act as the sun went down, we were pretty excited about this one.

Jon & Kathryn

Jon and Kathryn approached us to capture timeless memories at their stunning Cornish wedding.  With the Lunaflora team having fond links with Kernow we jumped at the chance. The sun shone, the heavens opened and the beautiful character of this this creative couple shone through in this stylish, intimate and romantic wedding.

Beginning at the quaint St Nicolas' church right on the harbour side in Looe, guests were transported to the church with the help of Plymouth's finest buses.  The atmosphere was perfect as the incredible Cornish light burst through the stained glass over friends and family in the congregation.  After a romantic stroll along the quay, the party returned to the picturesque Looe countryside for a reception that up only a Welsh/Cornish pair could muster!

Joe & becci

School sweethearts Joe and Becci asked us to cover their quirky Whistsable wedding. On a windy but glorious day in east Kent, the stunning light painted this talented young couples faces at golden hour on the East Quay. Being a teacher Becci's knack for organisation and creativity lit up the venue alongside Joe's cheeky persona as we shared in their stories with a unique perspective from behind the camera.

East Quay in Whitstable offered up the  best in everything Kentish. Sumptuous light, sea air and fresh fish and chips. We won't forget that lunch. With enough gin to keep even the finest gin bars afloat, the close knit family and friends of Joe and Becci delivered some memorable moments of film for the stylish couple to treasure.

James & liz

It's hard to put into words the love that James and Liz share, but we like to think that our stunning cinematic vision of their wedding day does them some justice. The super creative duo of surfboard shapers James and Liz of Otter Surfboards fame hosted one of the most endearing weddings we have seen above the jawdropping cliffs and beaches of Porthtowan, Cornwall.

We arrived to see an outdoor setting that only a pair of talented, generous and kind makers from the south west could imagine and realise.  On the hottest day of the year the fans on our digital cinema cameras were working over time, but as the sun began to set, the world beating local ales flowed and the rounders began, we captured moments that had the team welling up behind the lens.  A sense of romance only that part of the world could so effortlessly conjure up,
